Hi

I would appreciate advice regarding taking rainwater to soakaway.
It's a 35 square metre roof with gutter exit to 70mm round downpipe. There is a large soakaway pit about 7 metre from the conservatory, dug 1 metre down, filled with rubble, topped with a membrane and about 6 inches of topsoil/turf.

The downpipe will need extending to get it below soil level and I want to connect to 110mm drainage pipe.

1) Downpipe will be going directly down into lawn beside conservatory - how do I join to the 110mm drainage pipe?
2) I will dig trench about 2 feet below surface to soakaway but how do I best get end of 110mm drainage pipe into soakaway?
3) Is it OK to use 20mm ballast to surround plastic drainage pipe in trench?
4) Toolstation drainage pipe good?
