conservatory floor

I am building a new base for a conservatory, i am wondering is it better for sound insulation to lay my Jablite over the concrete slab and the chipboard on top, with a laminate on top of that?
Or is it better to have the Jablite below my concrete slab and simply floor on top of that.
Opinions would be appreciated

Can be done either way (assuming you are meaning standard slab/insulation/screed sandwich for second option).
Urm not sure why you would worry about sound insulation in a floor? or do you live in a noisy worm area or is it a concrete upper floor?? If you mean thermal insulation well both are probably about the same.
