i had no leaks with polycarbon but had it replaced with double glazing.
Some time after heavy rain starts it pours in a stream like a tap running in small areas. the areas change. i have applied 2 lots of flashing with mastic which covers the flat roof edge.
theres no gutter I can see. I am thinking the gravel has been disturbed and the water is pooling and overflowing but how can it get under the flashing?
There is a few feet that i couldnt reach, but it has stopped coming in there and gone back to the original area that I did thoroughly.
