my conservatory which is 13 years old has several leaks the worst one is coming from the box guttering, i keep getting mould on the inside of the roof and edges, i wondered is the best option to replace the roof has anyone had this done?

As God says the roof can easily be changed infact thats what most contractors would like to do, none like hunting for leaks on a roof they had nothing to do with but you could just as easily have a leak on a new roof depending how well it was fitted.
check the gutters are not full of cr*p first, but if its an old one the box gutter could be fibreglass, theyre aluminium these days and have changed a lot over the years!
