conservatory rad (rust spot)

hiya all, a couple of years back i painted all the rads in the house, had better results with water based as it seemed not to yellow like oil based paint.

anyway noticed today on a rad that is in our conservatory there was what looked like tiny spider web type inperfection on the rad what looked to have tinge of rust on it, there isnt no other rust on the rad and overall its in very good nick, i just cleaned it off with some jiff as i was cleaning the floor, and touched it up.

guessing its just the atmospher of the conservatory, wet push chair etc,?? cant find any leak or anything so hoping/guessing its just surface corostion ?

It'll most likely be just surface corrosion.....most radiators don't appear to have been primed before painting anyway!
