Here's just a couple of the pics of my "re-glazed" conservatory. They have not sealed the glazing plastic at all and in some cases not re-instated the white edging, glazing bars not clipped down, roofing sheets and inch shorter than the ones next to them, all major glazing bars end caps missing, smaller end caps badly reinstated. Some sheets cut at an angle and sealed with flashing tape. Some smaller sheets fitted sideways.

How bad a job is this? They want £1500, they have £1k now...

Not a proffensional but I'm sure I could have done a better job than that. Not sure what the price for a good job would have been though. have they done the whole roof or just part of it. If it's the whole roof then I wouldn't pay them another penny. Not sure what their profession is but it's not building conservatories.

Few weeks and the roof sheets will be full of condensation and dead insects, and a few live ones.

Thanks all, got them back in and they have said they will replace all of it again. That was 10 days ago, not heard from them since :)

Keep reminding them, they probably won't hurry and will use easter as an excuse for a 2 week break.

If as seems likely they don’t come back and they don’t refund the deposit, you can sue them using the online small claims service. Assuming they are a national company and have financial stability, not a no name franchise
