Ive just finished having a dwarf wall conservatory built and am trying to dry the cons out with a dehumidifier, it only comes on when the room is above 20 degrees so Im having trouble drying it all out (before laminate flooring and sills are fitted), how long should I let it dry out for before laying laminate floor and fitting mdf sills and any ideas for drying out quicker in this weather with a de humidifier?

Thanks anyone for you advice!

Strange dehumidifier you have if it won't come on below 20 degrees! Most rooms that need dehumidifying are well below that (new build, damp environment, no heating, winter months etc)

MDF cill should be ok as long as you don't have tons of condensation running down onto them, mdf cills should be made from moisture resisting mdf.

Laminate floor - allow one month natural drying time for every inch of concrete and screed in the floor, but if using a dehumidifier then you'll need to take moisture readings to check the moisture content.
