Can it be possible to build a conservtory onto the back of a single storey extension. Would this look odd?or which type would the best style be. Do you need planning persmission as I'm in Scotland. Thanks

I've seen that kind of thing down here in Cornwall, and if you've got a good view from it, it must be fantastic! I'd be careful not to use a Victorian or Georgian style plastic roof though. I think it makes a big statement and it's got to be architectural rather than "Wickes". I'm pretty sure you'd need planning permission as the height would exceed 4m.

You could put the Taj Mahal on the back of your house , but I don't think anyone would know what it would look like from two lines of text

:P
