Constantly dripping overflow pipe

Theres a plastic pipe sticking outside the wall where my upstairs toilet and shower room is. for the past few weeks its been dripping constantly.

Any ideas in what areas I should be looking to find the source of this drip?

WC cistern overflowing? Failing that, any feed tanks nearby?
