What do you do for yours? Do you do one for small maintence jobs or only when you have subbies on site?

Do you just fill out the form on the PDF for the hse website?

What work does this cover? I wouldn't bother with it on one off small domestic jobs.

CDM 2015 introduces a couple of new concepts and ideas.

Basically ANY project with more than one contractor will be caught by the new regulations. Domestic clients can pass their obligations onto contractors adding more complications.

However, the Construction Phase Plan need not be complicated and you should avoid "generic rubbish". It is more important that it is read and understood rather than telling you all the obvious things as a competent contractor you know. See HSE guidance documents for more information. Keep it Simple but relevant.
