thanks, I used your links and got their support phone no.

Not sure what can be wrong (I have allowed cookies from that site). I found a "No Java" link so perhaps I have not got java installed on this machine yet, don't know if that could have been the cause.
 
I run Sun Java ... Removed M$ Java, then found the 'help' tool from BTYahoo BB required M$ Java !! So no help tool now !
