Contacting Symantec/Norton

Does anyone know how to? My package directed me to http://www.symantec.com/en/uk/index.jsp but all the support links (including Contact Us) just brought me back to the same place.

I am allowing session and persistent cookies.
Applying no ad blocking and no 'Mobile code' blocking.

I am also using Opera browser so not affected by IE settings.

thanks, I used your links and got their support phone no.

Not sure what can be wrong (I have allowed cookies from that site). I found a "No Java" link so perhaps I have not got java installed on this machine yet, don't know if that could have been the cause.

I run Sun Java ... Removed M$ Java, then found the 'help' tool from BTYahoo BB required M$ Java !! So no help tool now !
