Contactum's New Range Of MCB's

OK, I do not know where you are, I am in Watford area but found the older type (it seems that they do not make type C anymore) MCB 6A type C in Gateshead branch of CEF, 01914824222.

In the Watford area I found the 10A type C old model, if you are interested call JOLEC on 01923243656.

TLC still have the old style 6A Type C available, closer to you and they also deliver!

and if you get stuck, wylex fit contactum and wylex mostly seem to supply type c's

The Wylex colour code was probably once a standard, as older MEM units were also coloured the same, and the cartridge fuses (various makes in B&Q, Lawson's etc, are still coloured as 5amp white, 15amp blue, 20amp yellow, 30amp red, and 45amp green!)

Yup. Wylex's colour coding system seems the most copied one.

So why have Contactum chosen a different one?
