Containment for bathroom mirror

How do you guys run cables for electric mirrors/demister pads in tiled bathroom walls. I was going to tile my ensuite wall and leave the otherside of the studwork open to drop a cable through after and pass through a hole cut in the tile. I can then close the other side of the stud and tile the bathroom. This works but means the tiler can't complete both bathrooms at the same time.

How do you normally do this. Is there a small backbox/access route used with tiles for this sort of thing?

I would not be surprised if behind most mirrors, fans, etc there is just a cable exiting a bare hole through the tiled wall.
Maybe a dry lining box prior to tiling, but you do not want nothing protruding past the tiles really.

Ok so just stick with the original plan of poking a cable through from behind

Leave a full tile out with some PB surrounding the hole where the cable comes in. Then, if your plans change, It's simple to make good the wall.

I like this idea just in my case the tiles are large format and wider than the mirror.
