Theories are bandied about, whether they are just water vapour or chemical seeding for some purpose.

They are indeed.

Sensible people believe the first (fact).

Non-sensible ones believe the second (bonkers conspiracy fantasy).

You can spot a chemtrail easy. Its when it goes from horizion to horizon and stays there slowly spreading out joining others until the whole sky is covered in a milky blanket.

You need to wrap gaffer tape around your head, making sure that your nose and mouth are completely sealed.

So this mysterious "chemical" must be supplied separately and filled into a separate tank? If so then what do they call it and why do they think they're adding it?

They don't call it anything, nor have to think about anything while they are not doing it.

But fuel definitely gets very hot in there before before being blown out the back. Anything in the fuel will get cooked. So whatever mind-controlling or weather-altering substances would need to be incredibly stable at insane temperatures. If they're so inert that they can withstand this then they're very unlikely to have any reaction on one of those 38 degree humans.

You think that reason, logic, facts, science etc will work why, exactly?

From March 1967 to July 1972, Operation Popeye involved cloud seeding by the U.S. military in an attempt to extend the monsoon season over North Vietnam and Laos, specifically over the Ho Chi Minh Trail, which was used to funnel North Vietnamese soldiers and supplies to South Vietnam.

They also sprayed herbicides.

So I guess therefore they must still be doing that worldwide.
