cooker cable question

Hi all.

Will a 6mm cable be ok for built in oven and hob? Hob is 5700 watts and oven is 1900 watts.

I'm going to use dual connector box to spilt into 2, but what shall I use to connect to oven and hob from there? Flex? Do 6mm flex exist?

6.00mm2 twin and earth can handle a maximum of 47A, providing you have no de-rating factors. It should be fine.
