Call out an Electrician to check the supply to the cooker.
He/she will carry out a series of tests I.E insulation resistance/continuity on the cables.
Is the main isolator in your consumer unit an RCD?
Or is the the circuit supplying the cooker on the RCD side of a split load consumer unit?
