Hi,

Would love to install a recirculating cooker over cooker. However already have a bridging cabinet over.

Is it possible for me to install one - are there any of these where you don't need to leave a space at the top - only the bottom? if no - does anyone know how much space at the top you need ?

Thanks!!

a recirculating hood is fairly useless since it does not extract steam and fumes. It just blows then round the kitchen. It will however trap a certain amount of grease.

If you are going to the trouble of fitting a hood consider again how you might duct through an external wall. For example if the cooker does not back onto such a wall, ducting can be run along the tops of cabinets.

It is surprisingly easy to make a hole in a wall using a hired core drill.
