Morning all,
Before a structural engineer laughs at me... I know opening up a chimney breast to use the space for a cooker is possible but is it possible to open it up from the other/back-wall side? I have a chimney running up the centre of my house (so no party wall involved), the breast is in the dining room and the back of the chimney is currently the kitchen wall. Just wondering if it’s possible to go in from the kitchen side to maximise space in there. Ta!
