i have two tried and true remedies.....
WD40....spray on, let sit about 30 min....then use a little dish soap and water and gently 'rub' out
Coca cola (really!!)....pour a little on the stain(s) and then toss in the wash and I have just poured the rest of the coke in the wash also (you wouldnt think so, but it is a great stain remover/whitener)
