Hi there, I have a cold air fan in my bathroom. It has stopped working suddenly. Got an electrician over like 1 week ago and he checked everything. He tested the wiring and there wasn't no supply of electricity, thats why the fan had suddenlt stopped working. There must be a junction box in my ceiling. He couldn't check as you need to remove the plastic cladding which would be a lot of work. He said he thinks the issue lies where the junction box is. What do you lot think is the real issue here? I think I will also need a new fan as the one I am using I was told hardly anyone uses it anymore. This is the fan similar to what I have:

You could take the fan down, connect a lead and a plug (with a 3A fuse) to it and see if it works - simples! :)

Thats a good idea. There isn't any electricity supply so thats why it isn't working

No need to change the fan just because no one uses that one anymore?

If there's a switch I'd check the wiring there first, perhaps something is loose?

It isn’t. Mate I did say an electrician came and looked at everything!
