The boiler is in the bathroom and the radiator both in there and in kitchen which is below b\\\'rm are boiling. Rest of radiators lukewarm adn house is freezing! Hot water from same system is boiling but cannot control temperature of radiators. Is this likely to be a big job. I have Glowworm economy plus.

Not necessarily.

First take the caps off the valves (lockshield) opposite to the radiator control valves.
Second open the valves fully, but count the number of turns you needed.
Trird shut the kitchen and bathroom lockshields and then open 1/4 turn.
Fourth shut all but the furthest radiator and see if it gets hot.
If it doesn't pipes are blocked.
If it does, leave it open for now and say half close the others.
If they dont get hot, close the furthet lockshield a bit.
Carry on tweaking until things are satisfactory. It may please you to know that most systems are never set up properly, so you have a good chance of improving things.
