hi all.had it plugged in today.error on the above mentioned.car is lacking power(see previous post).does anybody think this could cause it to lack power.are they more than 20 squid?

Temp senders can do weird things to the ECU readings, so it is possible.
Not a clue how much Ford charge for them, may be worth a call to them and a local motor factors. They should be around £15-£20.

What sort of symptoms are you getting?

howdy neo..

tried carb cleaner and redex...went for a long motorway run yesterday and it seemed to judder less frequent but its still doing it. when i start it in morning it nearly stalls then the revs shoot up then it nearly stalls again in that cycle until i rev accelerator.???????
also in reference to one of previous posts( got posts all over the shop lol) could the split pipe make it miss??....i get a little feeling that ive nearly cracked it but its proving a little elusive thanks for your help folks

A cracked pipe (probably and engine breather) will make the revs screw about all over the place, so think you've found your culprit!
