Yes but remember the likes of noseall deliberately grab the wrong end of the stick just to start arguing.
And has absolutely zero comparison to do with the benefits of insulation, or the 24 hour idiosyncratic cycle regards protecting a home from the heat and cold. No, a well insulated home will NOT inevitably heat up, during the day to day cycles of warm days and cooler nights. Not inevitable or even close.I tried to give you a nice simple example of how your blanket assertion that insulation doesn't delay the inevitable, and I demonstrated that it often does. Maybe my example wasn't simple enough for you?
Nosey, all you had to say was - "yes, R&C, you may have a point about insulation in the scenario that you mention. Placing an ice lolly in an insulated cool box will actually delay the inevitable - ie. the lolly melting."
But instead, you always have to be a complete arrs!

More benefits of a warming environment, I have been creating almost no washing as I have mostly only been wearing a pair of shorts. Then out in public I only add trainer socks and a t shirt. Then when they do need washing they dry outside in 30 mins. All that energy and CO2 production saved, those poor plants will be starving.
That reminds me of being in Australia

Also the base mains water temperature is higher so the electric shower is on its lowest setting. I am not eating as much food that needs a lot of cooking and energy use. The grass hardly grows in this weather so no energy used there to cut it.
I perfected my hot weather showering technique this weekend. Start lukewarm, then gradually turn it down a bit at a time until it is tepid or even slightly cool. Your body slowly adjusts. Basically, end up with it as cool as you can get it without actually making you feel cold. My shower cold feed comes out of a tank in the loft so it was probably quite a bit warmer than the mains. By the end of my shower, the dial was just above 20 when usually it is close to 40.
Also, I cut out all hot drinks and most hot food. That makes a massive difference to how hot I feel.
I never use any energy cutting the grass because we have a gardener

Just shows you how humans are more suited to a warmer climate we now feel cold at 20 degrees after enjoying 28 for just 3 days.
Not to mention all of that vit D that people have been soaking up - until they start spraying us again of course
