Hi all,

Looking for advice regarding render and DPC. Looks like old tar, the removed render had been serverely damaged by frost, the bricks too.

My thinking is, remove copes and use a modern DPC. Then ideally a lime finish like a this Lux product. https://www.thelimecentre.co.uk/products/lime-render/lux-render/

What does everyone think? There has been suggestions of larger copes etc, but we're not too keen as this would be a sizeable expense.
The budget is low, so potenitally will be using a standard wet dash harling.

Thanks in advance
