Copy and pasting "Word" onto forum

I am trying to show some other blokes how to get pictures from their PC’s onto a web forum I am a member of.

I realise that its just a case of clicking on the right buttons and doing it in the correct sequence but for some of us its like learning Chinese.

To make things clear for those trying to follow my instructions I wrote a guide on how to do it in Microsoft Word and then in an effort to make my instructions crystal clear I used the “Print Screen button on my keyboard and then pasted the captured screen shot into the “Word” document.

This worked very nicly until I try to copy and paste it into the “post reply box on the web forum and it just doesn’t work.

Can one of you lads please tell my what I am be doing wrong.

Seriously though......it being what ? the entire word document ? if do id it just the pics thats are missing ?
 
Can you suggest what form of image should I paste the "print screen" into so I can save it into an uploadable form.

Right gotcha........copy and past them into Paint (find it in Accessories) then save as a jpeg file.
