Hi, when core drilling a hole for the toilet waste that exits at a right angle to the toilet so will be connected via a bent pan connector. What height should this be drilled? If a standard toilet outlet is 7.5 inch?

It depends on how far from the pan you are - allow for a fall of not greater than 1:50 from the pan spigot.

its close to the pan will be about 300mm of pipe before the pan connector.

Centre the core between 5mm and 10 mm lower than the centre of the pan spigot and (assuming you're drilling from the inside) drill at a slight downward angle

Given that sanitary fittings seem to be coming from all over the place, I'd be inclined to select the pan first. As a general guide 180 mm to the centre line of the spigot but check before you core!
