Core drilling toilet waste

On a new build when core drilling the waste for an toilet that will go to an external stack what height do you core the hole at? Are most toilets 7.5inch to center of the waste.

The centre of the spigot can vary, but generally around 180mm-190mm.

So maybe core drill out at inch center? Giving half an inch fall on the pipe

yes 6" hole too

You need to account for the fall and also the finished floor level, when centralising the location of the hole.

I agree with my mate PBD. Fitted 100s of WCs & most are around that height.
7" FFS!!! We've been using the metric system since I started my time in the early 70s!
