Correct use of Plastic electric wiring boxes ????

I'm using those cheep blue plastic electric wiring boxes and I want to be sure I've installed the wire through the rear inlets into the box and have the plastic tab set correctly. I've always used metal with romex connectors or screw down tabs. How does the wire install in the Plastic ones ??? Many thanks Hunter at: [email protected]

Different wiring regulations here in the UK as opposed to the USA, we also use plastic boxes (as well as the metal ones). we don't have an earth terminal in the plastic boxes if that's what you mean, otherwise it is no different to installing the metal type
