Cost of dormers

Can anyone please advise on an approximate cost of constructing 4 dormers

(comprising of 100x75mm framing, 19mm ply, 25 x 50mm vertical battens building paper & finished with render. Roof 75 x 50 rafters with slate roof)

What, just the dormer frames or the frames, flashings and slates? Or including the new windows/doors etc? Questions questions????
