cost to refelt

Hi all, I'm looking for a bit of guidance on ball park pricing for refelting our roof, and what qualifications to look for in the roofing firm to make sure that a decent job is done before we start asking folk to come out and quote.

The house is a late 60's semi. Two story. The roof is a very shallow pitch - about 30 degrees. The covering is tiles. Our location is Cheshire - N.W England.

Can anyone offer advice
