Cost to strip, felt batten and relay roof

Hi all

Looking at a property to into. Looks like it has a few leaks here and there and don’t think there is any underlayment.

What would a ballpark cost be to strip and relay using existing tiles? House is detached approx 35’ wide by 30’ deep with hipped roof.
