It appears my roof needs some attention and I was wondering if the DIYNOT 'massive' would care to share their opinions on a very rough costing....
Based in North West, 3 bed detached
The work will be as follows
The roof is a standard apex roof with no hips or valleys.
3 days (approx) scaffolding front a rear.
Removal and disposal of existing Marley concrete tiles, battens and felt.
Supply and fit new battens, membrane and Marley Modern tiles
Supply and fit dry verges and dry ridge
Supply and fit white pvc fascias and soffits (there are also 4 box ends)
Supply and fit new white pvc gutters and down spouts
The roof is about 5 meters wide and the walls are gabled at both ends.....
Is 7k a decent price?
