I am about to ask for quotes on the roof job below would appriciate the forums expertise and advice.

Please quote to remove the old wooden fascias and gutters. Remove all the cement work and the appropriate roof tiles on the gable to access the rotten timber rafters.
Install new rafters on gable end only and other timber work in place; re felt any damaged areas on the gable end, Install new White UPVC same thickness up the gable end and install new dry verge up the gable end similar colour to that on the porch.
Install new White UPVC fascia front and back same thickness and fit new black round gutters and down pipes.
There is one damaged half tile on the gable end half way up looking from the rear of the property.
How can you fit dry verge to half a tile?
There is no soffit on the gable end.
What specifications should the UPVC be?
What type of fixings are usually used.
