you also need to glue it back together though!Cherrypicker for a job like that. With scaffold or a tower you're probably getting stung for traffic management as well, cherrypicker can be in and out rather more rapidly.
I kid you not:
I once doubled up two scaffold boards and shoved them beyond the lift we were working on, because some dummy had pulled the gutter out of joint out of arms reach and it was about to lash it down and we couldn't be bothered to unclip the very long scaffold ladder. I got the two lads to stand on the other end.
Don't try this at home.

Why not send a lad to walk the plank ? He would I assume be less weight to counter balance,
One could shin up the pipe, ( adding more brackets on the way up ) ONLY A JOKE.....
