could anyone identify this propane regulator?

is there anyway for my plumber to calculator the pipe sizing for a commercial burner that is 350kw from this propane regulator? he lives a distance away

im not sure if it is low, medium or high? can anyone identify it from this picture alone?

If your "plumber" is going to work on a 350kw burner or loading he should be able to work it out for himself, tha'ts if he has the commercail qualification. Also this relates to gas work and I think need to be in the CC.
