Countertop Basin

I'm installing a countertop basin in the downstairs loo.
Does anyone know how to fix the basin in posotion?
Is there a back nut that screws on to the waste fitting.

dont forget your basin sealer from b&q for what they cost, well worth it for extra peice of mind
