Im putting a piched roof up using Marley moderns. The roof butts up against a wall. I need to know how to do cover flashing. Should I be using any sort of valley etc or will cover flashing surfice?

Any one got details instructions on how to do cover flashing or point me in the right direction? Is it best to start from the top or bottom? I've got code 5 lead flashing.

because marley moderns are a flat profile, i like to use a secondary soaker below the tile as well as the standard flashing above.

i include a small lip on the soaker that helps prevent any water finding its way into the roof.

if you are not familiar with any kind of stepped lead flashings then keep away.

use either a step flashing with soakers as above or a secret gutter system weathered with a standard step flashing.
