Cover gas pipe (22mm) running over the door

We need to run a gas pipe over a couple of doors in the hallway. It will be a couple of meters.

Can you suggest any decent, decorative cover? Maybe something that looks like a moulding.

Or maybe any other suggestion to hide them?
