Covering for coping stones

Long story short - our builder has incorrectly used coping stones rather than aluminium coping on our extension.

Is there a product/fascia than can fit over/cover the coping stones or is it a case of removing the stones and starting again?

It looks like we might have to foot the bill so just trying to understand the cheapest option - covering the stones vs starting again.
