Covering Ugly Breeze Wall. Timber cladding, panels, other?

Any recommendations for covering this wall? It's 8m x 0.9 metre (WxH).
Thought timbre cladding might be the cheapest and best looking option? The wall isn't straight though so that would make it slightly harder.
Looks like they had wooden fence posts in before - could these be used again?

Suggestions please.

Maybe a mural, if you're up to it, or know anyone artful.

I take it you haven't checked the prices of timber, then? The only way it would be the cheapest would be if you acquired the cladding for £0!
How about growing something up it?
If the appearance of "aged" concrete is what offends, how about cleaning it?
