if I do this, the alarm just goes off and the same error “enter code, check”
Yes, eng access = any, engineer access is off. I did put it too on before, but doesn't seem to save it to on

So changed the battery, but now showing

when I look through the manual, I am starting to think the alarm firm I use have not given me the right eng code….it’s just not working as per the manual, I hope that’s not the case because that’s a rubbish thing to do to an end user…

Service time has been turn on and now requires engineer or anticode reset to restart timer.
