Crack above window

Hi guys. Can anyone recommend best course of action. Above my window there is a horizontal crack which has abit of sag. Would this be plasterboard. Can i just screw through resecure and fill crack? Thanks in advance

The irregular shape of the crack suggests it is plaster not plasterboard. Rake out the crack (make it larger) and use a proprietary filler like Toupret.
