Moved into our property (built in 1889) in May.
Following some recent rain an internal wall has started to show signs of damp. Think it’s penetrating through the gaps in the render/plinth (see pics) any advice on how best to repair? We are complete novices so will likely need a professional, but any advice greatly appreciated (pic 2 is another part of the plinth which looks ok.) ignore shoddy pebble dash, looking to get this sorted too!
