Cracked render(pebble dash)

Evening guys, just moved into a property. Had survey done & surveyor picked up a few cracks in rendered wall.

What do i need to fill in these crack's? Cheers

Rake out the cracks and then fill and seal them with polyurethane sealant from a cartridge.
 
Will any brand of polyurethane sealant do, or are there one's out there better than others. Cheers
