Very old house and extension. Crack on both side. One side wider. What would it be ? Advice needed.

Clearer pics are needed showing both sides of the extension.

It could be the render has shrunk back because of the recent heat wave or it could actually be the brickwork behind which is moving.
You need to investigate further by chopping some of the render away to expose how the two walls are joined together.
