Here's a weird one for me.

I painted one of my rooms, I did the coving and ceiling in dulux matt. I always treat the edges to two coats of Zinnser 123 to seal any caulking and have never had any problems.

I've noticed for some reason some bubbling on the inside edges and some corners the paint had cracked.

I'd only have expected this from painting direct over caulking, but I did my usual two coats of Zinsser which usually keeps it looking perfect for many years.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hmm, what's interesting about this one is that it's only happened around the coving, in some areas, not the entire lengths.

I used caulking around the skirting and architraves and carried on the same, Zinsser, then emulsion and it has been perfectly fine.
