Hi,

We are currently selling our house and we have cracks around the upper bay window. we are a terraced house.

Will this be picked up on a homebuyers survey and flagged as a big issue? we have lived in the house for 11 years.

Any advice would be handy

Thanks

The issue could be minor plaster crack to full structural movement. But that is largely irrelevent to you.

What almost certainly will happen, is that any proper surveyor will pay special attention to bays, and will (rightly or wrongly) flag this up as a structural crack and recommend a structural engineers report.

Search the many posts on here relating to bays, cracks and house sales
