Hi All,
New here so hope posted this in the right place. Bought a 1950's semi-detached house 4 years ago which was extended 12 years ago. The extension is down the side of the property. Noticed recently that some of the brick work has cracks in it on 1st floor just above the extension.
Not sure how long they've been here but would like some advice on if it's something I can repair myself or if I need to get an engineer in if might be something structural. Gaps are small 2-3mm I'd guess and seem to be laddering down to 1st floor windows from corner near roof. See pics. Any advice would be appreciated.
