Cracks in garage wall

Hi to you all
Last year i fitted an outside door to our garage.
Over the past few months I have noticed that a few cracks have appeared in the same wall.
Can anyone recommend the best way of dealing with these.

Not without an extremely long telescope we can't - or at least a bit more information!

Possibly a picture too? Of the whole wall not a close up of the cracks
