is it normal to have cracks in the grout in a shower cubicle? its just been repaired by the builder and after 5 days its cracking should i get him back thanks

Sounds to me as if there is a problem here.Get him back to look at it and see what he thinks.I wouldn't have even asked for advice on this forum.I would have got him back straight away regardless,especially as it was only completed 5 days ago.It is always better to grout tiles a day or two after they are put on.Maybe he grouted them in to soon.Hopefully,he will know.

Movement in the walls or the floor is generally to blame in these cases. Did the builder just re-tile or did he sort out the walls too?
